Amy French leads the Human Resources and Branding & Culture functions for OEC. Joining the company in 2004 as the Manager of HR, Amy is a skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, recruiting and organizational development. Amy is responsible for developing and maintaining an associate-oriented culture that emphasizes continuous improvement, teamwork, high performance and quality. Within this role, she has helped OEC achieve associate engagement ratings that mirror those of Fortune 100 organizations.

Ms. French holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Allegheny College and a master's degree from Western Illinois University.  In 2012, Amy was selected as a finalist for the Archer Awards, which honors outstanding achievements in Human Resources in Northeast Ohio.
