Penny Dickos
Director, Finance & Quality
Penny Dickos joined OEConnection in 2005 as the company's Controller, bringing a wealth of financial and accounting experience. Promoted to her current role in 2008 as Director, Finance and Quality, Penny is responsible for providing senior management analyses of monthly financial and operations performance, budget and strategic planning, forecasting, pricing analysis and governance of the company's quality process.
Prior to joining OEConnection, Penny held senior and executive level positions in finance at Fortune 500 companies such as Alltel and GTE Corporations (now Verizon), and American Greetings.
Ms. Dickos holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Tampa and is a certified public accountant.
