FADs are invited to post their authorized Motorcraft parts inventory on D2DLink, for thousands of Ford dealerships across the U.S. to locate and automatically replenish their needed Motorcraft stock. With D2DLink, FADs can create customized text advertisements to appear each time that FAD appears on dealer Motorcraft part searches. Ford dealers can set their FADs as favorites, so when favorite FADs have the part, they appear at the top of the dealer's search results. Dealers have increased opportunities for parts sales, and can sell parts online using D2DLink's ecommerce features.
The Motorcraft Replenishment Tool (MRT) provides the opportunity for FADs and dealers to develop a tailored stocking guide for Motorcraft parts. More time can then be spent on sales development and less time on actual order-taking. MRT is efficient, accurate, convenient and easy-to-use. MRT provides subscribing authorized FADs with increased Motorcraft part sales when an auto dealer sets them up as their supply point. Efficient ordering can lead to increased customer satisfaction.
