Charles Rotuno
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rotuno was recruited as the President & CEO of OEConnection in December 2000 at the company's inception, and is responsible for all aspects of the business, reporting to a nine-member Board of Directors. He was previously Sr. Vice President & General Manager of ProQuest Automotive. Prior positions include Director of Corporate Finance and Vice President, Business Development at Rubbermaid Incorporated. Mr. Rotuno is a seasoned executive leader, whose vision and guidance was instrumental in taking this start-up company to a profitable level in less than 2 years.
Ron Coill
Senior Vice President, Business Development, & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Coill joined the company in May, 2001 and has primary responsibility for all of OEConnection's finance, legal, and emerging markets segments. He was formerly Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer for Advanced Elastomer Systems, as well as Division Controller for the Home Products Division of Newell Rubbermaid. Mr. Coill has been instrumental in driving the company's impressive financial performance and prudent use of capital.
Paul Johnson
Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Johnson joined the company in March, 2001, and has primary responsibility for human resources, customer support, account services and administration. He was formerly Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services at ProQuest, and Vice President of Human Resources for KeyCorp. Mr. Johnson has been actively involved in establishing the company as a stand-alone business entity, and in building its talented associate base.
Mark Tomasetti
Senior Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer
Mr. Tomasetti joined OEConnection in 2001 and is chartered with strategically growing the collision business unit. In this role, he is chartered with all product, development, sales and marketing activities. A catalyst for many of OEConnection’s current Supply Chain products, Mr. Tomasetti brings over 20 years of varied experience in Information Systems, Consulting, and Supply Chain Management. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Tomasetti held senior management positions with MetalSite, Inc., an Internet e-commerce and supply chain solutions venture, Goodyear, and Sony Electronics.
Chris Fuss
Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Fuss joined OEConnection in 2008 and has primary responsibility for technology, product development, and strategically growing the OEM e-Commerce business. He was formerly corporate Vice President of e-Business at Newell Rubbermaid, as well as Vice President of Information Technology and e-Commerce for the Home and Family Products Group of Newell Rubbermaid. Mr. Fuss has over 20 years of varied experience in Information Systems Management, Business Integration, e-Business Consulting, and Technology Training and has been instrumental in establishing the company’s OEM e-Commerce business.
