Charles Rotuno
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rotuno was recruited as the President & CEO of OEConnection in December 2000 at the company's inception, and is responsible for all aspects of the business, reporting to a nine-member Board of Directors. He was previously Sr. Vice President & General Manager of ProQuest Automotive. Prior positions include Director of Corporate Finance and Vice President, Business Development at Rubbermaid Incorporated. Mr. Rotuno is a seasoned executive leader, whose vision and guidance was instrumental in taking this start-up company to a profitable level in less than 2 years.
Ron Coill
Sr. Vice President, Business Development, & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Coill joined the company in May, 2001 and has primary responsibility for all of OEConnection's finance segments. He was formerly Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer for Advanced Elastomer Systems, as well as Division Controller for the Home Products Division of Newell Rubbermaid. Mr. Coill has been instrumental in driving the company's impressive financial performance and prudent use of capital.
Paul Johnson
Senior Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Johnson joined the company in May, 2001, and has primary responsibility for human resources, legal, customer support, and administration. He was formerly Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services at ProQuest, and Vice President of Human Resources for KeyCorp. Mr. Johnson has been actively involved in establishing the company as a stand-alone business entity, and in building its talented associate base.
Jeff Comer
Vice President, Emerging Products & Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Comer joined the company in January, 2001, and has served in a number of capacities, including VP of Products and Director of Software Development. Mr. Comer joined OEConnection with over 12 years experience in electronic parts catalog product development with ProQuest. Mr. Comer is the co-inventor of CollisionLink. He has been a vital contributor in the delivery of state-of-the-art technology solutions to dealerships.
Sandra Rapp
Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Ms. Rapp joined OEConnection in 2006. With overall responsibility for Information Services and Quality Assurance, Ms. Rapp is chartered to ensure OEConnection provides the highest quality, security, and the optimum availability of products to our customers. Ms. Rapp's background includes more than 20 years of experience in the financial and consumer products industries. Most recently she held positions with KeyCorp, as Senior Vice President, handling CRM integration; National City Corp., as Vice President Corporate Lending Applications, and American Greetings Corp., as Director of Application Development and then Executive Director of Corporate Strategic Planning.
Ted Fellowes
Vice President & General Manager, Supply Chain Solutions
Mr. Fellowes joined the company in June 2002 and is responsible for OEConnection's Supply Chain Management solutions. In this capacity, he is responsible for all product, development, sales and marketing activities for this business unit. He was formerly President of Fellowes Research Group, Inc., and Senior Vice President & General Manager, ProQuest Global Automotive. Mr. Fellowes played an essential role in launching OEConnection's initial products and in developing key strategic industry relationships.
James Rose, Jr.
Vice President, Sales & Emerging Market
Mr. Rose joined OEConnection in March 2006 bringing 20 years of diversified global sales experience in the automotive, software and technology, and high-tech manufacturing sectors. An accomplished and credentialed sales professional with a proven track record, Jim has held senior sales management positions with IBM, Xerox, and most recently Blue Titan Software where he served as Vice President, Sales and Business Development.
Mark Tomasetti
Vice President & General Manager, Collision Solutions
Mr. Tomasetti joined OEConnection in 2001 and is chartered with strategically growing the collision business unit. In this role, he is chartered with all product, development, sales and marketing activities. A catalyst for many of OEConnection’s current Supply Chain products, Mr. Tomasetti brings over 20 years of varied experience in Information Systems, Consulting, and Supply Chain Management. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Tomasetti held senior management positions with MetalSite, Inc., an Internet e-commerce and supply chain solutions venture, Goodyear, and Sony Electronics.
