Our Benefits – A Cut Above
Compensation
- Competitive base pay and immediate eligibility for an annual profit sharing bonus of up to 4% of base salary (proration applies for new associates).
- Management level bonus programs.
- Aggressive commission plans for sales professionals.
All eligible associates may participate in OEConnection's affordable health and welfare plans immediately upon hire.
Group Health Insurance
- Medical Plans: 3 options to choose from, includes prescription drug coverage.
- Dental Plan.

Other Insurance
- Group Life Insurance coverage equal to one year's salary (company provided); option to purchase additional life insurance for self, spouse, and dependents.
- Accident Insurance equal to one year's salary (company provided); option to purchase additional accident insurance for self, spouse, and dependents.

- Flexible Spending Account-Health Care and Dependent Care.
401 (k) Retirement Savings
- Participate from date of hire or enroll at anytime during your employment.
- 100% immediate vesting.
- Company provides a dollar per dollar match up to 3% of compensation, and a 50% match of employee deferrals above 3% to a maximum of 5%.
- Defer 1%-50% of before or after tax income.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
- An average of 12 paid holidays per year.
- 160 hours of PTO per year for full time associates and managers.
- First year PTO benefit is prorated based on date of hire.
Educational Assistance Program
- Eligible after 12 months of employment.
- Available for both undergraduate and graduate programs.
- Up to $10,000 per year.
Employee Referral Program
As part of the OEConnection team, you are invited to help us identify new talent - friends, neighbors, acquaintances - to fill available positions. We offer monetary rewards to associates who submit qualifying referrals for candidates who become OEConnection associates.

Our Technology - Cutting Edge
OEConnection offers a rich technology environment. Leveraging our Microsoft Gold Partner status, we take full advantage of a number of Microsoft technologies including SQL, C# and .NET. OEC associates use this technology to deliver and support sophisticated, online applications that are used by our 15,000+ customers in managing their business.
OEConnection employs more than 100 servers to manage the 30+ terabytes of data processed each day for our customers. We also use state of the art storage technologies such as Storage Area Networks and Network Attached Storage. Each associate works with the fastest desktop connections available in the market today and enjoys high speed internet access, wireless connectivity, VOIP, and mobile technologies - Personal Digital Assistants are available to all associates.
