Work-Life Balance
To accommodate the growing demands of OEConnection associates' needs to effectively balance work and personal life, we make available a number of alternative work schedules. Associates can take advantage of the following options with management approval: flextime, compressed work weeks, working from home, or job sharing. The schedules give everyone more flexibility in what they can do. These schedules can help associates take care of their personal priorities outside of the office with maximizing their effectiveness on the job.
In addition, OEConnection offers outstanding benefits plans and training programs to assist in the transition to OEConnection.
